Yes. Once your property is published to the MLS, it is syndicated to major consumer websites that pull directly from the MLS, including Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Homes.com, Trulia, and others. All inquiries from these sites will route directly to you, the seller.

How are showings handled?

Showing requests are sent to you through an automated notification system. You receive a text or call and decide whether to approve, decline, or coordinate access directly with buyers or buyer agents.

Can I make changes to my listing after it goes live?

Yes. MLS listing changes such as price updates, description edits, or photo updates are available and billed per request as outlined in the terms. All changes are submitted by you and processed for MLS compliance before publication.

Are marketing services required?

No. Marketing and advertising services such as photography, paid ads, printed materials, or enhanced exposure are entirely optional. You choose which services to purchase based on your goals and budget.

Are there cost savings compared to traditional listings?

We enter your information into the MLS in a compliant format, but the final presentation on sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Homes.com, or Trulia is determined by those companies, not by us.
